What to Expect
Being well prepared for your appointment and completing the patient forms ahead of time will ensure that the doctor has all of the information needed to provide you with the best possible care. This can also reduce any anxiety you may be feeling.
You should be aware that payment is due at the time of service unless you have made other arrangements in advance. We offer interest free financing to help you receive the care you need. We also work closely with you to maximize your insurance reimbursement for covered procedures, so please bring your insurance information to your consultation appointment.
